Join the DMSOKO Team: 1-Year Internship Opportunity in Social Media & Quality Assurance
At DMSOKO, we believe in growing talent while building a platform that empowers small businesses across Tanzania. That’s why we’re excited to announce our 1-year Internship Program, designed to give hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities to passionate young professionals.
We’re currently looking for two energetic and committed interns to join us in the following roles:
1. Social Media Management Intern
Role Overview:
Are you creative, social-savvy, and passionate about communication? This internship will place you at the center of our brand voice, helping DMSOKO connect with thousands of vendors and buyers across Tanzania.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and creating daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Engage with users, respond to comments and DMs
- Help design and run social media campaigns
- Track growth, engagement, and analytics
- Stay updated on current trends and translate them into content ideas
Preferred Skills:
- Strong writing & storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
- Understanding of Tanzanian online culture and market
- Passion for digital marketing
2. Quality Assurance Intern
Role Overview:
Do you have an eye for detail and care about delivering excellent experiences? As our QA intern, you’ll help ensure the DMSOKO platform functions smoothly and serves our users with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Test new features and report bugs to the development team
- Monitor vendor listings for quality, clarity, and compliance
- Help review content submissions for accuracy and alignment with our guidelines
- Conduct weekly platform reviews and generate reports
- Work closely with the product and support teams to improve user experience
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and reliable in reporting
- Basic understanding of websites or mobile apps
- Good communication and teamwork skills
